Debt Relief Order (DRO)
What is a Debt Relief Order (DRO)?
This is a new procedure brought in April 2009 for individuals with
less than £15,000 of debt, essentially no assets and no disposable
income, having paid all essential expenses. In these set circumstance you can approach a nominated organisation
pay a fee of £90 and they will process your application. The DRO lasts 12
